It seems like an age since we journeyed from our humble village in Vinh Long located in southern Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. Memories of the overwhelmingly green tropical landscape and abundant fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and spices for our flavorful dishes will forever bind us to our homeland. However, given the opportunity to immigrate to the awe-inspiring land that is British Columbia, Canada, we did not hesitate and have since been grateful for the welcoming hospitality and bounty of our adopted northern home.
Naturally, a longing for old country cuisine followed us. Over time, we were able to discover sources of the freshest ingredients and spices, reminiscent of my family’s traditional dishes. Following the kindness shown to us, we set ourselves to return the goodwill in at least equal measure through preparation of tasty Vietnamese nosh for our local community.
Welcoming each patron of our restaurant, we delight in sharing our cuisine with Vietnamese dish connoisseurs as well as those seeking new taste adventures.
